Services and Prices

Boiler Servicing from £50 It is a recommendation for safety reasons that your boiler is serviced every 12 months. This is to ensure your boiler is working safely and correctly. All services include safety inspection, flue Gas check, as well as a strip and clean of the boiler’s internal components. A full-service report will be sent via email or written at every service. Any additional appliances serviced will be charged at £35 each.
Boiler installations, Need a new boiler? We offer a free survey and quote for boiler installations. All boilers come with a 5 or 10 year manufacturers guarantee. This gives you peace of mind for the years ahead.
Carbon Monoxide alarms supplied and fitted from £25 Be protected from the silent killer
Emergencies call out fee including weekends, bank holidays and late nights, £60
Fire Service from £50 - Safety inspection of gas fires. Your fire will be removed, the chimney inspected as well as the catchment space behind the fire. A flue flow check will be carried out to ensure all removal of dangerous fumes are satisfactory.
Gas cooker installations or removals from £60
Hive thermostat/ controls. Supplied and fitted, with full instructions given on how to use. From £150
Landlords certificate/ CP12. £50 Landlords have a legal requirement to make sure all gas appliances in rented accommodation are safe. These appliances must be checked on a yearly basis. All certificates will be given on the day, either via email or written on site.
Radiator installations from £60 free quotation on request.
System filter. Supplied and fitted from £140. This will help maintain a healthy system and prevent pipework from blockages in the future.
